Ok Kids I did it again...You know how I really don't like to start a story unless it is completed because when I get to the end, I want MORE!!! Anyway, I started a new story that wasn't finished and it is really wonderful! It is so well written and I can visualize the story really well in my mind. I think that the plot is very unique. The story is The Cannabean Betrothal by ItzMegan73. It has been around for a little while and has been recommended on other sites. There are 20 completed chapters and I can't wait for the next update.
The Author's summary:
Edward has immersed himself in the Cannabean way to ward off the hurt of a life-changing experience; but an unexpected betrothal teaches him how little he knows about life. There is no abuse in this story.
ItzMegan73 has totally made up the religion Cannabean. She has in the prologue that Cannabean is "A clannish society, often compared to Amish or Mennonite communities. Although more accepting of modern conveniences such as electricity, technology and the like, Cannabeans do not subscribe to the mainstream ideals that plague modern marriage, nor do they believe in the dissolution of marriage. Their daily living is centered on their faith, family and a firm foundation in the Cannabean Way."
I just really think this story is very interesting how in this society there is a different courtship process that we have in "regular" society. They have rules at the beginning of the courtship and the couple can't touch and must have a chaperone. If you are looking for a smutty story this is not one but it is a Bella and Edward story...they are my favorite!
